Delivery

The deadline of delivery is a maximum of seven working days from the placing of the order, notwithstanding any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of GUETTY SUN.  The delivery is carried out by COLISSIMO or UPS.

This deadline is normally a maximum; the parcel may be delivered before the deadline.

The Customer can choose a delivery express train.  CHRONOPOST or UPS Express guarantees 48 hours delivery. The express delivery service is paid for entirely by the customer.

Carriage is free in Metropolitan France and Europe for any order over €200, before tax or post and packaging.

GUETTY SUN Company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of parcels.

If orders are placed before 2 pm and payment is authorised, goods will be dispatched the same day.  The delivery charge is calculated according to the weight of your purchases.
